How can I book a stay?

The fastest way is through our online reservation flow on this website. You can also book through our Booking.com listing if you prefer using their platform and tools. Your confirmation email will include your stay details, price breakdown, and house rules.

Where is the Booking.com listing?

Do you require a minimum stay?

Minimum stay rules depend on season and villa type. If a date is available in the booking calendar, it meets the current minimum stay rule for that period.

Can I change my dates after booking?

Yes, subject to availability and your rate conditions. If you booked through Booking.com, please request changes in their app. Direct bookings can be adjusted by contacting us from your confirmation email.

What if I arrive late?

Late arrival is fine; just let us know in advance so we can prepare access instructions. Your confirmation message includes the best way to contact us.

Can I request a specific villa or view?

We will do our best to honor preferences, and we recommend adding requests in the booking notes. All requests are subject to availability at check-in.

What payment methods do you accept?

Are there any hidden fees?

No. Your total price is shown before you confirm the reservation. If any local taxes or mandatory charges apply, they are clearly listed in the price breakdown.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. It is fully refunded at check-out if the villa is left tidy and without damage.

Can I get an invoice for my stay?

Yes. Please request an invoice at check-in or by replying to your confirmation email. Include any company details needed for the document.

Do you offer discounts for longer stays?

Weekly or longer-stay discounts may be available depending on the season. The discounted rate, if applicable, is shown automatically in the booking total.

Check-in, check-out & stay

What are your check-in and check-out times?

Standard check-in is in the afternoon and check-out is in the morning. The exact times are listed in your confirmation so you always have the most up-to-date schedule.

Is early check-in or late check-out possible?

We are happy to accommodate when availability allows. Request it in advance so we can confirm the timing or propose alternatives.

Is housekeeping included?

Daily housekeeping is not included. Extra cleaning can be arranged with prior notice and an additional fee.

Do you have quiet hours?

Yes, small and quiet celebrations are allowed with prior notice and approval. House rules must be fully respected, and the number of guests must not exceed the maximum villa capacity.
