• Smoking is not allowed.
• Small, quiet celebrations are allowed with prior notice and approval.
• One parking space per villa is provided in the garage.
• Ski equipment lockers are available in the garage.
• Pets are allowed with prior notice and an additional fee.
• A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. It is fully refunded at check-out if the villa is left tidy and without damage.
