The villa includes three comfortable bedrooms, one on the ground floor and two upstairs with private balconies. Each room features a French bed for maximum comfort and privacy. With two modern bathrooms, the villa accommodates up to six guests.

On the ground floor, an elegantly organized space connects the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, creating an ideal setting for shared moments. The kitchen is designed for true cooking enthusiasts and includes a coffee machine, kettle, stovetop, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher, while the open layout keeps you connected with family and friends during meal prep.

A special highlight is the relaxation corner with a sauna, perfect after a day of skiing or walking through untouched nature. Evenings are reserved for full comfort by the fireplace in the central living area, with a glass of wine or a cup of warm tea.

• Check-out until 10:00.
• Smoking is not allowed.
• Small, quiet celebrations are allowed with prior notice and approval.
• One parking space per villa is provided in the garage.
• Ski equipment lockers are available in the garage.
• Pets are allowed with prior notice and an additional fee.
• A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. It is fully refunded at check-out if the villa is left tidy and without damage.
