These Terms and Conditions apply to all reservations and stays at Rusovo Resort d.o.o. ("we", "us", "our"). By booking or staying with us, you agree to these terms as well as any additional rules provided in your confirmation.

2. Bookings and confirmation

A reservation is confirmed when you receive a written confirmation from us or from a third-party booking platform (such as Booking.com). The confirmation will include your dates, rate, and applicable policies.

3. Rates, taxes, and fees

Rates are shown in the booking channel at the time of reservation. Any mandatory taxes or fees will be listed in the price breakdown. Optional services are charged only if you select them.

4. Payments and deposits

Payment terms depend on your chosen rate and booking channel. Some rates may require advance payment or a deposit. Payment details are provided during booking and repeated in your confirmation.

5. Cancellations and changes

Cancellation and modification policies vary by rate and season. The applicable policy is shown before you finalize the booking and is included in your confirmation. If you booked through a third-party platform, you must manage cancellations or changes through that platform.

6. Check-in and check-out

Standard check-in and check-out times are specified in your confirmation. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and subject to availability.

7. House rules

Guests must follow the house rules provided at booking or check-in. These typically include guidelines on noise, smoking, maximum occupancy, and care of the property. We reserve the right to end a stay early in the event of serious or repeated violations.

8. Property use and liability

Guests are responsible for the property during their stay and for any damage caused by themselves or their visitors. We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings unless required by law.

9. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or inability to provide services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, or government restrictions.

10. Complaints

If you have any concerns during your stay, please contact us immediately so we can resolve them as quickly as possible.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts in Istocno Sarajevo.
