Villa Sochi is a small private hideaway where peace, comfort, and the warmth of the mountain atmosphere come together.

The villa offers 70 m² of thoughtfully designed space and is located in the quiet Dvorišta area near Jahorina Olympic Center, yet far enough from crowds and noise.

On the ground floor you will find a large open living area with a comfortable lounge and a central fireplace that gives the villa a distinct warmth and charm. The space includes a dining area with a large table and a fully equipped kitchen - ideal for guests who love to cook. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, and kettle.

Stairs from the living room lead to a gallery with a French bed. The bathroom with a shower cabin is on the ground floor, and the living room opens onto a balcony, perfect for morning coffee or relaxed evenings.

The villa is primarily designed for two guests, with the option for a third on a sofa bed by prior arrangement. It is also suitable for a small family, and a washing machine is available for added comfort during your stay.

Villa SOCHI Rules

• Check-in from 14:00 to 19:00.
• Check-out until 10:00.
• Smoking is not allowed.
• Small, quiet celebrations are allowed with prior notice and approval.
• One parking space per villa is provided in the garage.
• Ski equipment lockers are available in the garage.
• Pets are allowed with prior notice and an additional fee.
• A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. It is fully refunded at check-out if the villa is left tidy and without damage.
